What is BOLD?+

BOLD is an electrolyte drink powder in single serving sachets. Tear one into cold water and you get 6 electrolytes, 5 vitamins and zinc, with no added sugar. Born in UAE, made in Germany.

What is inside each sachet?+

6 electrolytes: sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, chloride and phosphorus. 5 vitamins: C, B5, B6, B12 and D. Plus zinc. Sweetened with stevia and flavored with real fruit powders.

Does it contain sugar?+

No added sugar. The sweetness comes from stevia and the flavor comes from real fruit powders.

Is there caffeine in it?+

No caffeine is added. BOLD is hydration, not an energy drink, so you can drink it in the morning or at night.

What flavors are there?+

Berries, Lemon Mint and Mango Passionfruit. Cannot pick one? The Mix Box carries 5 sachets of each.

daily ritual Using it

How do I use it?+

Tear one sachet, pour it into 0.5 to 1L of cold water, shake or stir, drink. Up to 2 sachets a day.

When should I drink it?+

Whenever your day asks for it. First thing after the alarm, before or after training, on flight days, or through long hours in the heat.

Can I drink it every day?+

Yes. It is built as a daily ritual. Keep it to 2 sachets a day at most.

Is it fine during pregnancy or with medication?+

If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or buying for children, check the pack and speak to your doctor first. That is the honest answer.

Yes, on orders of AED 150 or more within the UAE. Under AED 150, delivery is AED 25.

Honestly, I really like the BOLD Hydration drink. I’ve been using it during my padel tennis training, and it’s been working great for me, I actually prefer it over other brands I’ve tried.

What I really like is that it has no aftertaste and feels very smooth and balanced. It’s also not too sweet, which makes it enjoyable to drink during training.

I also work outdoors in the field, so staying hydrated throughout the day is really important for me. I’ve noticed that when I use BOLD, I feel well hydrated for the rest of the day.

Overall, I’m very likely to order again. I really like the product, also im getting the same box for my instructor as a gift to try it.

Coming from a runner, I genuinely didn’t expect to notice such a difference this quickly. Training in Dubai heat and humidity can absolutely drain you, and I’m usually very aware of that heavy, depleted feeling during and after a workout.

Since adding this into my routine, I’ve felt noticeably better hydrated, more energized throughout my sessions, and way less wiped out afterwards. The biggest difference for me has been during runs and harder training days; I feel like I’m actually replacing what I’m losing rather than just drinking endless amounts of water.
